High Teck 8402-4 is the Medium Activator for High Teck 8400 ECO Clear, formulated as the hardener component of the 4:1 clearcoat system. Mix one part 8402-4 Medium Activator with four parts 8400-1 Clearcoat. When mixed as directed, the system is applied in two to three medium-wet coats with 7–10 minutes flash time between coats. This listing is for one quart of 8402-4 Medium Activator only; 8400-1 Clearcoat is required to complete the system and is sold separately.
